For the safety and security of our team, property owners, and prospective residents, all individuals 18 years of age or older requesting or attending a property showing must present a valid, government-issued photo ID prior to entering the property.

At Foundry & Brick Residential Management, the safety of our staff and everyone involved in the showing process is a top priority. This policy applies to all adult attendees and is strictly enforced without exception.

No valid photo ID, no property showing.
